The Hotels & Preference Hualing is located 9 kms NE of the Old City area of Tbilisi, but if you have a rental car, like we did, it is very convenient to stay there and drive into town. Fine too if you are getting taxis. We headed for Stepansminda after checking out so if you are heading north to Gudauri, Kagbegi/Step etc. it is ideal to avoid the traffic in the centre of town when leaving. Car Parking was available right near the entrance. Very well appointed room. Huge, comfortable bed and all amenities worked perfectly. Staff was very attentive. 24/7 Front Desk. Good for a midnight check like us :) Excellent breakfast choice. Very quiet room. Good soundproofing. Excellent Sports Bar: Top Flite Snooker Tables with excellent quality felt, slate and cushions; TV's, Alcohol/Drinks Seclection; Decor. The Swimming Pool/Spa-Sauna-Gym complex is not on the property, but it is only a 200 metre walk down the road. Excellent pool and other facilities. Great value for money. (We stayed for 4 nights in mid Dec. 2023)

The view of the room. Took a high floor 7. Lovely breeze because of the open area. It was nice and quiet at night because it's little far from city. I opted for honeymoon package and they did not forget the decor. Checkin and checkout was fast. Washrooms are spacious ❤️. They have all amenities that you could possibly need. But their casino is no more available. Overall it was worth it, clean and big rooms.

We were amazed of the service quality. The staff was speaking english at a good level, and was very helpful. The room is perfect, as well as the bathroom! The massae lady also provided a good service, offered extra sleepers and bathrobe. Also, a-mazing breakfast.

I loved staying here it was my second time and yes they're better than before. The staff is very cooperative and everyone is ready to help you when you are need. Lady at the reception arranged a Cab for me and family. Restaurant food is delicious we had chef's special burger which is a must try. Location is slightly outskirts of the city but it's worth staying here. Not so expensive whenever you book also cheers to Mr. Nika and all the staff at the reception.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and had great amenities. The pool was huge and indoors which was nice because we could use it even when it was raining. Make sure to take swimming caps though. The breakfast was also pretty good, plenty of variety for everyone.
